Key Responsibilities
- Understand project briefs and align with the team on research scope, methodology, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Conduct in-depth market research to uncover industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics. Analyze data to identify market needs and opportunities.
- Collect and organize research findings using Excel or similar tools. Gather market data efficiently from surveys, interviews, and online databases.
- Perform qualitative analysis such as competitor benchmarking, market segmentation, and mapping market landscapes.
- Analyze data using strategic and critical thinking to identify patterns, insights, and implications.
- Present findings in structured, business-ready deliverables (e.g., reports, insight decks, or internal white papers). Use Office Suite for professional output.
- Participate in team discussions to shape research direction and refine recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business & Management, Economics, or other business-related fields.
- Proven experience (full time/intern/project) in secondary market research.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (data analysis), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Professional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
- Familiarity with online research methodologies and tools.
