Stock Tracking & Inventory Support
- Assist in recording inbound and outbound stock of solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, and other installation materials.
- Regularly update stock data and ensure alignment between system records and physical inventory.
- Support periodic stock opname and report any discrepancies found.
- Prepare simple reports related to stock usage and availability for the operations team.
Installation Process Support
- Assist in preparing materials required prior to installation (tools & materials checklist).
- Coordinate with the installation team regarding installation schedules and logistics needs.
- Support monitoring of on-site installation activities when required, including work documentation.
- Help ensure installation processes follow operational procedures and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Active university student or fresh graduate majoring in Engineering, Management, Logistics, Operations, or related fields.
- Strong interest in the renewable energy industry, particularly solar energy.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling administrative tasks well.
- Able to work in a structured manner and follow established work processes.
- Good communication skills and able to work effectively in a team.
- Willing to work on-site or travel to project locations when required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets is a plus.
